Balance Your Chakras with Essential Oils to Lose the Weight

    in Self Help

When you're out of balance, it's difficult, if not impossible, to make food choices that support weight loss.  For example, if your root chakra is out of balance, you might not have the confidence you need to believe weight loss can even happen.  And if your throat chakra is blocked, you might not find your voice to speak your truth, which may lead to stuffing your feelings.   Or, if your heart chakra is out of balance, you may be filled with despair and fear, both of which contribuite to that chaos in our brains that sends us straight for the comfort foods.
Join me for this exciting class on how to use essential oils to help balance your chakras.  You'll learn how the essential oils work and which oils and combinations are best for each specific chakra.  Just a drop or two of these precious oils can help bring you back into balance and help you achieve your weight loss goal!

  • State of the Black Parent with Shaunes Richardson

    in Self Help

State of the Black Parent with Shaunes Richardson will take place in Philly this year in July!
"When a human being lives a life in which he or she enjoys freedom, justice and equality, awareness arises and one can focus on selfless giving - you qualify to be a parent because you are capable of the unconditional love that a parent has for a child.  But it is extremely difficult for Black people to get on and remain on this level, because we do not have freedom, justice and equality. We must give too much energy to the survival issues, which pull us down. This is why we cannot ignore our condition. Our freedom - or lack of - directly affects our ability to experience love and happiness in our community." Truth has come to you~
