Movement as a Spiritual Practice with Donna Riley

    in Self Help

Are you a woman over the age of 40 who is starting to succumb to thoughts such as, “I guess I’m just getting old”, “My body is just falling apart and there isn’t much I can do about it”, or “I’m so exhausted from doing these exercise sessions that leave me feeling tired, sore, with no results”.
It’s time for a massive paradigm shift to move from a place of feeling good, opening our bodies to the Divine Feminine, and learning to listen to the wisdom that lies within. Join us as we ponder how we can rid ourselves of chronic aches and pains, improve our mood, and elevate our state of being based on how we are moving our bodies!
There are so many sensitive souls who do not feel like they belong on this planet who know there is a more peaceful loving way to be, yet they feel the human embodiment and its growing pains. What if being present in your body, is all you need to do to complete your mission on earth?
What if, instead of escaping the body, you embrace it?
Donna Riley is an intuitive movement teacher and inner transformation leader and after an NDE at the age of 12, experiencing pure love and light, Donna emerged frustrated with the 3D world as she knew it was an illusion.
    Tune in to learn:
Why being embodied is so important (even as we evolve in our Light Bodies) How “all” your bodies need movement including the emotional body! Why we must experience 3D density as we ascend to 5D How to live with an open heart even as a sensitive soul and not “need to protect” How to feel safe in our bodies despite humanity’s trauma How to use movement as a healing tool Why fascia organically spirals and why our common exercises are “wrong”

Create an Extraordinary Life After 50 with Coach Michael Taylor

    in Motivation

Why does the Western world demonize aging? It’s time to pivot our perspective, and today's special guest, Coach Michael Taylor is here to share  his insights on making the rest of our lives, the best of our lives.
There’s good reason to embrace getting older. One study found that Americans who were more positive about aging lived 7.5 years longer. It is on this premise that Taylor is encouraging his readers to embrace the second part of their lives.
Michael's latest book, I’m Not Okay With Gray: How To Create An Extraordinary Life After 50, debunks the fear-based paradigm permeating society that equates aging with physical and mental decline. The book explores topics such as embracing spirituality, health and fitness, technology, joy, financial abundance and more.
Taylor is a Certified Life Coach who has helped thousands of people transform their lives from the inside out by changing their attitudes about aging. The author himself did not have an exceptional first half of his life but overcame being a high school dropout, divorce, depression, foreclosure and homelessness to become an entrepreneur, the author of 11 books, motivational speaker and radio host. He also launched a career and company at the age of 60 without any formal degrees or training.

Why Sugar Is Killing Us with Dr. Julie Gatza

    in Self Help

According to the American Heart Association, the average adult swallows 22 teaspoons of added sugar each day – mostly in the form of soft drinks, candy, cakes, cookies, and pies.  Not to be outdone, America’s 14-to-18-year-olds consume an eyepopping 34 teaspoons of added sugar daily.
“Sugar provides our bodies with ZERO protein and fat and virtually no trace of vitamins or minerals. But what sugar does provide is a disrupted metabolism and an elevated risk of developing a degenerative disease and early mortality,” says today's special guest Dr. Julie Gatza (Dr. Julie) of the Florida Wellness Institute.
Here are five of the many ways that sugar can ruin our physical and emotional health.
    1. Sugar can suppress the immune system
    2.  Sugar can cause premature aging
    3.  Sugar can unbalance your intestinal flora
    4.  Sugar increases the risk of depression
    5. Sugar increases the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease
Tune in today and learn how to ditch the sugar habit!

Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) - 2961

    in Self Help

Tonight's special guest is Justin 'Jae' Johnson from Houston, Texas. He was adopted and never really knew his biological family. "My adoptive father was an abusive man that beat my adoptive mother and me every time he was upset or drunk," said Jae. "He used guns or anything to serve as a weapon to hurt us. He goes on, "We lived in fear. We had no voice! We couldn't go anywhere." As a child, Jae was trapped in his family. "I had to stay there and endure his wrath until I was able to leave home." He decided to be everything his father wasn’t. "I wanted to make a name for myself but most importantly, I wanted to help empower others to use there voice and to believe in themselves." After having many jobs and many experiences and traveling the world for work, he decided to become a Global life coach and motivational speaker. "I am just a simple human that desires to spread love and kindness in this world," Jae says. "I created a business called Intangible Motivation as my social platforms to share my messages. I try to upload positive messages every day! The goal is to inspire others to believe in themselves, their goals, dreams and ambitions in life." He goes on, "We all need a little light when times are dark! I'm willing to be the light! We all need something or someone! My purpose is to make others life better or at least attempt to help as many people in this troubled world as possible!" Jae promotes Mental Health, and is against Bullying. "I stand for Self-Love, Care, Kindness, worth and investment!"
