Former IRS agents Joe Banister and Sherry Peel Jackson who both publicly stated that no law requires the average American to file and pay income taxes, were also both tried for tax charges. Sherry Peel Jackson was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to file and pay taxes, while Joe Banister walked free.
What were their arguments and why was Banister acquitted and Jackson sentenced? Find out on tonight’s Freedom Hour.
Peymon, founder of Freedom Law School in 1996, grew up in totalitarian Iran and moved to the land of the free and the home of the brave at age 14. He found out Americans are not nearly so free and brave as he thought! Peymon has taught thousands of Americans what the laws actually say, not what the IRS or income tax preparers say the laws say!
Scottsdale Community College political science professor Nicholas Damask returns to Global Patriot Radio to discuss his appeals court victory in defending his academic freedom to teach about the Islamic doctrinal basis of jihad terrorism. The United States Ninth Circuit of Appeals recently upheld a district court's dismissal of a lawsuit filed by the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) against Damask. CAIR had alleged that materials in Damask's World Politics course concerning Islamic terrorism violated a student's religious freedom by grading him on multiple choice questions, whose correct answers identified the ideological basis of this violence in Islamic canons. Damask will join show host Andrew E. Harrod to discuss the struggle for this signal victory for free speech and what Americans should do to fight back against woke totalitarianism in society, among other matters.

Listen to the Sat. Aug. 27, 2022 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our PANW report with dispatches on the announcement that Germany will be returning Benin art to the African continent; French President Emmanuel Macron has visited the North African state of Algeria amid a period of strained relations between the two governments; 7 Kenyan women have won governor's races in the East African state during the most recent elections; and there is a African-Japanese Summit being held in Tunisia to discuss further cooperation between the two geo-political regions. In the second and third hours we continue our monthlong focus on Black August. We will look at the legacy of Black Panther Party for Self Defense co-founder Dr. Huey P. Newton. Finally, we examine the impact of the federal government's counterintelligence program (COINTELPRO) on the African American liberation movement.
Networks, local knowledge, human terrain, and even gossip. It does not matter if you are a tourist, a diplomat, or an invading army – if you come into a foreign nation you need local knowledge, a guide – someone who can not just tell you where the head is, but the important parts of the intangible nature of any culture that simply does not come from a briefing book.
And it needs to be someone you trust.
Likewise, as social animals, from the middle school lunchroom to the United Nations, we have our “in-group” and the “out-group.” Friendly, hostile, or aggressively neutral, out-group people are racked-n-stacked based upon their perceived threat or value.
Do they have power? Do they have access to power? Can they get information I need, or are they a reliable path to deliver information? Are they worthy of trust by me, and do they have the trust of their “in-group?”
When it comes to bi-lateral military relations between nations, at least on paper one of the most important players is the military attaché.
This Sunday we will be looking at the United States’ military attaché ecosystem along the spectrum of how they should be used, how they are being used, and how we could better use them in the service of our nation’s interests.
Our guest for the full hour will be Colonel Raymond M. Powell, USAF former Air Attaché to Vietnam from 2013 to 2016, and the Senior Defense Official/Defense Attaché to Australia from 2017 to 2020.
We will use his recent article at DefenseOne, DOD’s Diplomats Don’t Need More Rank, Just Less Disdain, as a starting point for our conversation.
We are getting close to the biggest vote of our Big3 careers. Have you listened to everyone running? If not why not. "Always Faithful", tells the story of Marine Major Tom Schueman and his friend, Afghan interpreter Zainullah “Zak” Zaki, discussing their parallel lives, converging paths, and unbreakable bond in the face of overwhelming danger, culminating in Zak and his family’s harrowing escape from Kabul. Tom talks about joining the Marines and the bond that developed with Zak. He then discusses the failure to get interpreters and families - who supported the USA effort - out of Afghanistan, despite promises to do so. Tom talks with host Jim Fausone about the efforts to get Zak and his family to Texas where they had relatives.
Hi Gang: Happy Friday!
Last week I talked about the September 6, 2022 the Office of Inspector General (OIG) issued a report entitled, DHS Encountered Obstacles to Screen, Vet, and Inspect All Evacuees during the Recent Afghanistan Crisis.
This evening we need to continue to explore the many ways that our immigration system is failing to protect America and Americans. This failure is certainly not new- but under the Biden Administration immigration policies our borders have been all but erased and immigration law enforcement has been essentially gutted.
My focus will be on how these and other facts should be hared with as many of our fellow Americans as possible- so that the politicians from both parties can be made accountable and come to understand that We the People are not the fools that they have become convinced we are.
It has been said that "Knowledge is power" today I hope to add to your kjnowldge and understanding of the immigration issues.
It has never been more important that we truly learn how to speak with our fellow Americans in non-confrontational but in fact-based effective and persuasive ways. Immigration is one issue that should unite all Americans- if all of the facts were made known.

A taboo topic for the dinner table and social gatherings, politics both unite and divide our world. Especially every four years. BlogTalkRadio's Election coverage is vast, varied and accurate: We know it's not always the pundits with the best insight on today's political climate; our hosts represent the voice of the people, by the people, for the people. Whether you fall on the Conservative end of the spectrum, the Progressive, are moderate or somewhere on the many shades in between, you'll find plenty of commiseration with those who share your views, some of which are famous dignitaries like Michelle Obama and Kofi Annan, or famous actors, authors, news reporters, TV personalities, even comedians. The best part? If you've got something to say, you can start your own show! Go on, hop up on that soapbox and have at it – speak your mind, rant, rave and filibuster to your heart's content.
