Thats right - We ARE NOT Doctors / Counselors / Therapists - Most of us have NO PROFESSIONAL Affiliations/designations relating to Addiction Recovery. HOWEVER we ARE people/individuals that found recovery & embraced the benefits of working a program (Life) that helps us to stay committed to NOT ENDULGING IN OUR ADDICTIONS ANY LONGER. My week was filled with friends - ( NOT FAMILY - SIMPLY BECAUSE MY FAMILY ON CERTAIN HOLIDAYS ARE TOXIC TO ME) however my friends are warm - loving & HAPPY TO SEE ME - who wouldn't choose friends over family in such circumstances.
