    in Lifestyle

Rinnah Bat Yisra'el (Donna W. Dixon) of Arizona dechipers, words, shares her thoughts and experiences concerning..... Ha'Shem's Transforming Presence in His People by Torah, and Experience. The Sages say that the process of Tikkun is described work being done in Repairing the World. This understanding changed my little world. Imagine if we all that follow Torah understood what this would mean for the Klal Yisra'el and the whole world. Come with me to Yakov seeing this vision and what it means for us. And he dreamed, and behold! a ladder set up on the ground and its top reached to heaven; and behold, angels of G-d were ascending and descending upon it. (Br'shith/Genesis 28:12) Tune in as we get to the deeper area of this study in part 2 of this topi and lets analyze the Life of the Whole Torah...... The Light of the World! Shalom Aleichem/Peace BE unto you!

The 8-song EP from Girl on a Mission Music is the follow-up to her 2014 Christian music EP, Audience of One. "Boots and Bling is my attempt to get back to my roots and embrace who I've grown into,” says Spears. "I grew up in a little country town and dared to moved away from it at the young age of 18. I moved five hours away from everything I had ever known in pursuit of a music career. Back then, I couldn't wait to move to the city. Now, I can't wait to live on more property and get more horses. I grew up as a tomboy, and when I moved away, I became more ‘girly.' Today, I’m a good mix of the two.” As if she wasn’t busy enough with promoting her new album, Spears is currently in Texas filming the upcoming faith-based film, Nail 32.

A BLACK LIONS PRODUCTION (619) 924-9883 Brought to you by Abruptly Wake Up the Sleeping
For over four hundred years the Stolen Afrikan in AmeriKKKa has been robbed of the ancestry, their Afrikan spirituality, their science and their Story, they have been uprooted and are quickly dying.
    THE FINAL WAKE UP CALL:
The results of governmental institutional racism & genocide are chaotic; single parent households, unwed mothers, incarceration coupled with mis-education and the under educated have practically destroyed the black family. Their right minds are being destroyed with religion, drug addition, the prison & education system. The continuous bombardments of the court systems manipulation and negative media influence have taken a toll targeted on black children, men and women. Society has brainwashed the black women into believing that they don't need their black men.
Our women don't believe this because they refuse to see their own reflection, which is their black man because society has convinced the black females to destroy the only true hope for their survival....The Black Man! The Black Lions are here to help our women experience the presence of a man so they do not try to defunct his true nature.
The Black Lions are here to take back our communities, businesses, families & kin our children and our women.
...Maybe then our black women will discover that A Black Man was all she really needed in the first place. We need our women by our side in the revolution.

    in Lifestyle

Sleep Awareness Week is an annual public education and awareness campaign aimed at promoting the importance of sleep for everyone.Insufficient sleep is being called a public health epidemic.  An estimated 70 million Americans suffer from chronic sleep problems according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)[1]. In recognition of the importance of sleep to the nation’s health, CDC surveillance of sleep-related behaviors has increased in recent years.
One disorder that can cause sleep disruptions is a neurologic disorder called restless leg syndrome (RLS).  It’s a creepy-crawly feeling that triggers an irresistible urge to move your legs and results in the inability to sit still for long periods of time.[4]  RLS has a big impact on the patient’s sleep because symptoms most often occur in the evening. For many people, RLS is a progressive disease that may get worse over time.4
While there isn’t a cure for the condition, there are ways of coping with the disease and treating it.  However, for some patients it can take years to find the right treatment.

Karla Dzienkowski, the Executive Director of the WED Foundation (formerly known as the RLS Foundation) discuss RLS, its symptoms and her personal connection to RLS.  She will also outline other activities that may be hindered overall by sleep disorders.
