Chef Rob "BIG" Burmeister tells all about the wet and wild experience at The New Jersey Taco Festival in Susex County NJ.

"Big" will be a judge on hand at The Food Truck and Rock Carnival this coming Friday and will also be cooking for the likes of such bands as Slash, Black Label Society, Anthrax, Puddle of Mud and many many more.
