So many people don't understand this pricincipal when it comes to fitness. Whether it's your workouts, cardio, or nutrition. 

 

Too many times I hear people just going about the motions and they don't use more quality rather than counting how long a workout was, how many fruits and veggies they eat, or how long they are on the cardio machine. 

Having quality workouts should always be your focus, not just quanitity.
