TARGETED INDIVIDUAL SHERMAN LERUE ALLEN JR. Sherman LeRue Allen Jr. is the namesake of his Father, Sherman LeRue Allen Sr. His early years as a man, have been spent being targeted, tased, beaten and now jailed repeated in 4 counties in Southern Illinois. He is now jailed and awaiting trial on MARCH 20, 2014 in Marion County at the Federal Courthouse.  He has repeatedly requested evidence, asked for police dash cam video and for his State and Federal Public Defender’s to submit paperwork to have him released, but he has been ignored, and even punished with solitary confinement.
