Crystal J. Rodriquez, Esq. has a success story.  Born in one of the toughest areas of Buffalo, NY, she experienced expulsion from school, homelessness, teenage pregancy, a stint in the United States Military and Law School.......only to emerge as a staff member of Buffalo's first African American Mayor and later becoming the City's first Chief Diversity Officer.  She is also a community activist, entrepreneur, and proud member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.    Join us to hear her inspirational story.
