On Today's episode, we will be hearing from some great innovators and amazing people.......Among our guests will be Kandis Florian, the Music Director for Christ Central.   I am looking forward to this great conversation with another friend...

Kandis Florian, The Leader of Saints of Sparrow, that performs at Christ Central Church comes from a family of musicians and has performed as part of the famed Nashville musical scene for several years... But she knew she wanted to come back home to NC at some point, and she has returned and is now doing some great work in the Gospel

Watching Kandis lead Saints of Sparrow on Sunday mornings, you would find it hard to believe that she once suffered from stage fright but there is no doubt she has a tremendous voice... And, I was even pleased to have her perform for us once as a guest on the Road to the Apollo show...  Kandis says her fear of the spotlight has been something she journeyed through ever since she was a little girl.

"I have recordings of me singing at two, in a bathtub singing hymns,” Kandis says. “I started publicly singing when I was 3 years old,” Kandis says. “I was filled with such stage fright that I would hide behind the podium with the microphone, so all you’d hear is my 3-year-old voice singing “City of Gold.” My father is musical, so I grew up singing on his lap as he played the piano."

In addition to this great singer, we will be hearing from  Andrea Templon, a musician who recently released her new CD, and District Judge Candidate Dave Hall....We are also expecting to hear from Todd Mitchem, the CEO of a company that is taking the Internet by Storm Build1X...

Join the conversation and lend your input as well...We always love hearing from listeners from around the country...
