Years ago, Kindergarten teachers would tell their little darlings, "Wave at the police officer; he's your friend." Now a days, if you wave a a police officer they may look for a way to pull you over and ask what you're up to. How did we become soooo suspicious about our police force today? How did they become so suspicious of us? Splash has some definite feelings about this and he'd like to hear yours.
