You won't believe what Dinesh D'Souza had to say to Brooklyn GOP Radio in an EXCLUSIVE interview that we'll air Wednesday at 9PM!
Dinesh D’Souza has had a 25-year career as a writer, scholar, and public intellectual. A former policy analyst in the Reagan White House, D’Souza also served as John M. Olin Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, and the Robert and Karen Rishwain Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He served as the president of The King’s College in New York City from 2010 to 2012.
Called one of the “top young public-policy makers in the country” by Investor’s Business Daily, D’Souza quickly became known as a major influencer on public policy through his writings.
Most recently, D'Souza, the creator of 2016: Obama's America, has taken us on a journey of discovery that bringsyou face-to-face with the heroes who built America, in the times in which they lived, bled, and sacrificed in order to build a great nation: Christopher Columbus, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglass, and others. You'll be there as Columbus sets foot on American soil, as bullets whiz by in the acclaimed book-turned-film, America.
What he told us about his thoughts of Republican politics today will definitely get your attention! Tune in!
(GOP) — They Could Change, But They Won’t
Thu Aug 7th, 2014 at 12:32:26 PM EST
Rand Paul lays down some truth:
“The party can’t become the opposite of what it is. If you tell people from Alabama, Mississippi or Georgia, ‘You know what, guys, we’ve been wrong, and we’re gonna be the pro-gay-marriage party,’ they’re either gonna stay home or — I mean, many of these people joined the Republican Party because of these social issues. So I don’t think we can completely flip.”
It’s really a choice. Does the GOP want to compete in states outside of the Deep South and make themselves into a viable national party that can win a presidential election?
The answer is ‘no.’
And, for now, this is a very good thing.
Brooklyn GOP Radio welcomed a friend of the show who will be discussing the latest on the crises in the Middle East - Van Hipp, Former Deputy Asst. Secretary of the Army under President George H.W. Bush.
In 1990, Van Hipp was sworn in as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Reserve Forces and Mobilization). In this capacity, he served as the Army Secretariat’s “point man” for the successful mobilization, and then demobilization, of the Army’s reserve forces for Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Van is currently the Chairman of American Defense International, Inc. (ADI), a Washington, DC based consulting firm specializing in government affairs, business development and public relations who is an expert commentator on the War on Terror and has been a guest on virtually every major cable news network’s major news programming.
Plus, join Gene Berardelli and Russell Gallo on a tour of the week that was in political news, including the latest out of Ferguson, MO, the Quinnipiac poll that shows how polarizing Rev. Al Sharpton really is and the flap between Bill de Blasio and a law enforcement union over DNC 2016. Plus, a BIG announcement about the future of Brooklyn GOP Radio that is NOT to be missed?
Click-bait, much? You bet! But tune in anyways!
GOP blocks bills American need and citizens actually vote over and over for the GOP. I can't help but wander who those voter are. In America today, there still lives great numbers of people were actually threatened with loss of lives if they dared go out to vote. People still live whose job was jeopardized if they went and voted. People are actually dead today, because they failed to listen to the threats of death if they even spoke in favor of voting. Today, Americans rank 125 out of 169 countries in lowest voter turnout. What about these numbers makes Americans exceptional? Why does so many American find voting to not be of interest? Why does so many Amerians vote for people who do things that cause more harm than do. What prevents Americans from benefiting from the opportunities available to them.
GOP blocks bills that will save lives of citizens;
put Americans back to work;
assure women access to reproductive services without taking a road trip;
provide jobless with unemployment benefits;
provide support services, jobs and medical assistance to veterans
repair roads and bridges which prevents deaths by neglience and extends the lives of vehicles as well as save money on unncessary repairs.
Voting is the opportunity for Americans to build better roads, schools, hospitals, and opportunties which makes for a better future for all. It is not understandable why so many people vote against all these things. GOP blocks bills and voters rewards the GOP for blocking bills.

Join Gene Berardelli and the gang at Brooklyn GOP Radio - and the Brooklyn YRs post-meeting peeps - for a cray-cray review of the week that was. There's sure to be lots of buffoonery discussed
This week, good buddy (and award-stealer) Wayne Dupree, the sensei of #TeamNinja and founder / creator of We Are America Radio (@WAARadio) was among those who joined FreedomWorks' Deneen Borelli at a conference held across from NAACP Convention in Las Vegas.
Borelli took matters into her own hands after being snubbed by the NAACP for the second year in a row. Borelli, sought to address the organization for their annual meeting, but was “ignored.” So, she along with Wayne and other prominent black conservatives like Katrina Pierson, Lesli Brower, Brenda Flank, and the Rev. C.L. Bryant, held their own event in the same hotel, at the same time, as the NAACP convention.
Wayne will join Brooklyn GOP Radio for a first-hand account of what transpired when the two conventions came face-to-face. Plus, the usual hijinks fromt he crew and... Buffoon of the Week!
Suing the president is an alltime low for the GOP. This is a fight that the DEMS want. It's great for business and recruitment. The President at a small meeting the several days aday starts off the show.
GOP - THE TREND FOR NOVEMBER-2014 ===> "BLOW-OUT"
Recent polling but a number of reputable outlets all point to one conclusion -
there is simply no upside to the GOP's chances in the 2014 Congressional races.
To the contrary, they will suffer losses all across the board, including the governorships.
Their share of the Independent vote will fall substantially.
There is simply no compelling reason whatsoever for Independents to cast their lot with a party that is growing ever more increasingly irrelevant as a National Political Party - the GOP.
At state and national levels, GOP officials as well as local wingers have a clear new strategy of Whac-A-Woman. Sure, it's easy to note and prove that Republicans hae an active policy of crushing women's rigfhts under terrible laws. That's already backfired enough that they simultaneously deny the obvious and then publicly report they'll change their ways...to recapture women voters.
What about individual, specific women?
We can expect state and national GOP groups to attack femaile Dem candidates. More telling and more intriguing is the preemptive calumny. We can start with Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren, both long-term targets of wingers, conspiracy mongers, and plain crazies. Manufactured, altered and gain-of-truth issues spill from the bag of tricks.
The natil that sticks up will be pounded down seems the new GOP motto for Democratic women, even those not yet running for the Presidency or other office. We'll muse on how effective this might be for 2014 and 2016. We'll consider which of the winger media are the Greek chorus behind it too.
