Louis Dean, Jr. , is a regular Brotha who loved to BarBQ, but he decided to deviate from the traditional way of grilling (BBQ). He used a vast assortment of liquids and dry seasonings to perfect a flavor on meats that didn't need BBQ or steak sauces. Once that was mastered, he and his wife Julia noticed the meats prepared on the grill were flavorful and moist.
