Tonight we have Andrew Perlot he used a low fat raw food diet to lose more than 60 pounds and overcome the intestinal disease colitis, migraine headaches, and other long-term health problems. Since then, he's gone from being a couch potato to a marathon runner and strength athlete, putting on more than 15 pounds of muscle.
A former newspaper journalist, Andrew was disappointed in the health information he saw disseminated by the major news outlets, and in 2008 started the popular website Raw-Food-Health.net to spread scientifically-supported information about raw food diets.
He is the author of a guide to adopting a raw diet, Raw Food Weight Loss And Vitality, the recipe book Savory Raw Dressings And Sauces, and The Raw Food Digestive Tune-Up, which helps people overcome their digestive and intestinal disorders. He also coaches people who want to adopt raw food diets to overcome their diseases, lose weight, or just feel healthier and more energetic.
Chef AJ Richards, radio and TV chef, Amazon self- publishing author, and owner of BS Grillin’ Company is the next hot entrepreneur to watch out for. She is based in Lynchburg, VA with her family. She spent 16 plus years at manager level with the Tupperware Corporation developing new local businesses and sharing her microwave cooking skills with families in the surrounding VA areas.
Her thousands of customers finally persuaded her to gather her simple, yet healthy recipes into a book.
She self-published her first cookbook in 2012 with Amazon and her fourth book due out March 2014.

Mark Sutton is the author of the 1st ever Vegan Pizza Cookbook, "Heart Healthy Pizza," with a forward written by one of our previous guests, Howard Lyman, The Mad Cowboy. Mark has been employed as the Visualizations Coordinator for two NASA Earth Satellite Missions, a freelance interactive multimedia computer consultant, an organic farmer, and head photographer. Mark has produced work for two Nobel Prize winners (on global climate change) and helped create UN Peace Medal Award-winning high school curriculum. He's currently the editor of the Mad Cowboy e-newsletter.
Mark Sutton will join us to talk about his book, which contains over 100 plant-based recipes for making pizza. Through the imaginative use of grains (oats, quinoa, millet, and others) as well as legumes (such as chickpeas, black eyed peas, white beans, dal), sometimes nuts, and various vegetables (artichokes, carrots, corn, etc.), Mark has created 60 unique "cheese-like" sauce recipes that range in taste texture from a delicate velvety to a custard firmness. This was our Christmas special but I screwed up. Anyway, Donny will be with talking about some of his favorite meals a Cajun, Texas and maybe Mexican mix of various spices and sauces. I can assure you, that we won't end the show without being hungry. Donny loves to experiment and he has served for some very famous people.
Carol Ray will also be with us, she is probably the single most knowledgeable person I have met in all things dealing with Global Economics. We have war gamed many theories and hypothesizes to understand this GAME of voluntary ENSLAVEMENT that is being played. What can we do? All of us have asked that same question and we are at a loss for the answer.

In this episode of Chewing The Fat, Big and Beefy welcome Actor Steve Schirripa to the show. You may remember Steve from his role as "Bobby Baccalla" on the SOPRANOS. Schirrippa is now the brains and talent behind "Uncle Steve's Italian Specialties", He makes three great sauces that accompany any pasta. The motto is "Make Every Day Sunday". Let me tell you by experience that these sauces are terrific. They are made with organic tomatoes from Italy and it shows. Friggin Delicious!!!!! We will also find out what Steve is up to today. We hear he is filming a project.
Also on the bill is none other than our Austrian friend, Chef Klaus Kronsteriner from Grillstone in Scotch Plains, NJ. Joining Klaus will be owner/operator of Grillstone, Frank Peter Paul. Grillstone will be the home base for next weeks "Chili Fight" !!!! After the "Wing Fight" Klaus decided to host a Chili Fight for Charity and bring together TV Chefs from all over to compete for best chili. Come on down on December 15th and see who really has the best.
Since Schirripa has his sauces,Chef Rob and Chef Clem decided to do TOP 5 Favorite Pasta Sauces. We also will be doing a Food Fight and News. Look out for Trivia and of course some in the kitchen good old fashioned trash talkking amongst the chefs.
