ECONOMIC "INSUFFICIENCY" with R. Keith Hall

Millions of people with potential to live as model citizens repetitively struggle to portray a positive image often due to not having enough income to take care of necessities and occassional wants. Loving couples often argue over money so long that it leads to divorce, domestic abuse or death. Good parents working two or three jobs often find themselves subject  to  charges of child neglect. Violent crimes, robbery and theft merchandizing, plus drug and sex trafficking are each seen as a means to  temporarily  satisfy  financial needs. Alcohol and drug abuse are also side effects.
