I am a 1984 Olympic Siver Medalist for Jamaica in the 4x100m relay, also 1988 Olympian for Jamaica and Olympic finalist 4th place finish 4x100m relay. I am an All-American in track and field during my time at Abilene Christian Contributed to several NCAA Division II Track Championship. Discussion on health and fitness and how we can improve our lives by exercise and eating healthy. we will cover training to burn calories and weight training to tone muscles. also will be talking about the effecys of aerobic training vs anerobic training,safety in excercises and proper form to prevent injury. Will be looking at rest and recovery as it pertain to performance.
