I am a 1984 Olympic Silver Medalist for Jamaica in the 4x100m relay, also 1988 Olympian for Jamaica and Olympic finalist 4th place finish 4x100m relay. I am an All-American in track and field during my time at Abilene Christian Contributed to several NCAA Division II Track Championship. Discussion will cover health and fitness and how we can improve our lives by exercise and eating healthy.
