Track and Field will be highlighted sharing results on various track meets. We will be tracking outstanding performances through out the world both indoors and outdoors. We will discuss training and preparations for track and how track & field athletes training and development have progressed. Also we will take a look at the up coming Summer Olympics in London 2012 and performances to watch from Top athletes.

We will share and discuss information dealing with fitness and health. We look into new innovations in the fitness industry and athletics. Discussions and ideas will be shared on muscle toning developing strength, burning calories, exercise prescription for all. Will look at cardio and core workouts vs circuit training and resistance training and how that plays a major role in athletes’ performance and fitness. We will take a look on flexibility and the effects on athletic performance, also static versus dynamic stretching. I would like to share thought and discussions on speed and power development for athletes.

Last but not least, I will share ways to improve fitness for the average person who wants to be healthy and stay that way. My goal is the promote health and fitness for everyone in their daily quest for a healthier life style. So come along on this journey with an open mind, get motivated, it will be an exciting time as we seek and share knowledge for fit and healthier you. Remember KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
