Thanks for the ideas for collard greens. I love them. It is good to learn of other ways to use them than the traditional ways. I will get The Collard Patch book for Christmas!

Mary and Paul, this is a deliciously entertaining show! I love the idea of putting some collard green plants in my flower bed. I'll do that in a few weeks for my early spring collards. I love the idea of using collard greens for so many different things I had never thought of! Cranberries and collards--yum. And Huevos Collards--the wrap idea is great. I can already think of several other ways to add a collard leaf to my tortilla wraps. Keep up the delightful and delicious work! I'll
