The Public Education's Sex Education and its' Bored of Education Children

Is sex education taught at too late of an age for children?  Do we need to teach sex education in the public schools?  Do we properly teach children about their anatomy, and, the complications that can come with a female allowing a man to penetrate her?  Can we do a better job of teaching children the value of creativity instead of explaining sexual activity since they already see so much sexual promiscuity in the entertainment industry?   What does sex have to do with the public school system?

Why do we need a board to run our school system?  What is being taught in school that requires a board of directors like a public corporation that is a business with shareholders?  Is the public school system a corporation?  If so, who makes money because our children go to school?  Do our children really need to memorize random facts out of context?  Is being popular, as in a personality contest, necessary in schools?  What the bleep do we know if we never try something different by being curious?
