It’s been one week since people all across the country witnessed or heard the news of Donald Trump being declared the next President of the United States.  Since that night of upset to the Democratic Party and to some people all across the nation, thousands of people have taken to the street to protest the seating of the 45th Commander in Chief.

As President- Elect Trump prepares to take the helm of our nation, the crowds continue to grow, violence is beginning to erupt, and even school age children are walking out of their schools to protest.

What are people seeking or trying to accomplish with these protests?  Will these protests change or election process?
