Cindy Hooker is the founder and CEO of Gold Dog Consulting which was formed in 2009. Cindy is a U.S. Navy Veteran, Certified Coach and Human Resources Professional. In addition to being a trained coach, Cindy holds four certifications, Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Positive Psychology Coach, and Advanced Group Leadership Coach. She has a Master’s Degree in English and also has a background in Education.

Dr. Cottle, in addition to being the founder and host of Women in Business Radio, she is also the Editor in Chief of  Simply Inspirational for Women in Business Journal, a yearly publication first published in 2011.  She also leads a women’s entrepreneur group off line and online called Women in Business — with a membership of 14, 500+ members. She is also the Chief Consultant at Cottle's Professional Consulting that offer services in curriculum design and development, program development, business development, business coaching, social media advice, and website design and development.
