In this episode, Todd's special guest is Philadelphia-based wealth management sales expert Jerry Block, vice president and sales director with Bank of New York-Mellon (BNY-Mellon). Block, a veteran sales and organization leader who has successfully built, restructured and transformed sales organizations, will discuss “Upselling in an Down Market” and take questions from the show’s audience. Before joining BNY-Mellon’s wealth management group, Block operated his own consulting firm, developing and executing effective business plans. He previously he led sales and customer support organizations for Precimed, a $60 million Swiss based orthopedic surgical instrument designer, and West Pharmaceutical Services, a $1 billion global pharmaceutical packaging company located in Exton, PA. He also held sales management positions with Hunt Corporation, the Xpedx division of International Paper, Rubbermaid, and Xerox.
