12 year old Faces Life in Prison- What Do We Call Justice?

12-year-old Cristian Fernandez is currently incarcerated in Florida on charges of murdering his 2 year old brother.  He is being tried as an adult and could be facing life in prison.  In the wake of the Troy Davis execution, Amanda Knoxx, & Casey Anthony trials it seems fitting to talk about our society's definition of justice.  Who is it for?  Who does it serve?
