Upsets spark the interest in the NCAA Tournament, but when the dust settles and the Sweet 16 rolls around the dreams of Cinderella have diminshed. The West Region has the top four seeds advancing to the Sweet 16. The South Region has the number one, two, three, and five seeds playing. The East Region is shaken up a bit with #7 Wisconsin taking on #6 Notre Dame in the regional semi-finals. In the other game in the region, #1 North Carolina takes on #5 Indiana. Finally, in the Midwest Region, the top part of the bracket took shape with #1 Virginia advancing to play #4 Iowa State. However, the bottom of the bracket pits two double digit seeds against each other. #11 Gonzaga plays #10 Syracuse for the right to play in the Elite 8.
