Learning to love oneself

We all seek love in the world, to be loved by others, but then we all get hurt in relationships, and we keep attracting the kind of relationships which set up for more frustration and dissaointment unless we lean to fully love and embrace ourselves, and to forgive not only those people who have wronged us, but especialy learn to forgive ourselves. This is something that I realize for myself, but ultimately it is the continued practice which will enable us to become stronger and more wise through relationships, especially the difficult ones.
