Angels Over Aidan "HELP" RESCUE ADIAN, expose abuse.

Why because yesterday, Monday, October 20, 2014 we visited the Broward County Court, after carefully reviewing the entire progress Docket Sheets totaling 35 pages and nine volumes of case file we witness, assess and documented the following:

99.9% of the file has court orders and motions filed (pro se) by or on behalf of Petitioner Ann Marie Baxter, were totally ignored and legally disregarded. VIOLATION OF DUE PROCESS, UNCONSTUTIONAL ACTIONS, ENTERPRISE CONSPIRACY.  As a matter of law, precedent case, case law, family court practices and procedures, domestic law this case is a prime example and evidence of intentional violation of the 14th amendment of the Constitution of the United States which assures that no state shall deprive any person of LIFE, LIBERTY, OR PROPERTY WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW, Therefore it is long over due to hole the Family Court accountable to Congress and the American People.

Whereas, in the beginning of the 5th Amendment it states that "NO PERSON SHALL BE HELD TO ANSWER FOR A CAPITAL, OR OTHERWISE INFAMOUS CRIME, UNLESS ON A PESENTMENT OR INDICTMENT OF A GAND JURY". (Which a jury of peers) That is what due process is.  This case needs to be presented to a Grand Jury.  IT IS ANN MARIE'S AND AIDEN'S CONSITUTIONAL RIGHTS.  Whereas, The State and Federal Government consider children to be property of the parents. Without due process in the Family Court, Ann Marie for the last 8 years has been deprived of her child/property, Whereas, Family Court Judges and Court Official have not abide by to a there sworn oath to abide by the laws which govern the Family Court and Constitutional Right to Due Process.
