Police Shootings, Good Shoot, Bad Shoot, Whats the deal?

Will examine Police Brutality overall and specifically look at a recent Charlotte, NC case where 16 yr old teenager LaQuan Brown was shot in the back by a Police Officer well over a month ago. The Cop is back on active duty but the independent investigation into the shooting isn't complete.
