Friends, it’s February, Black History Month on onCUE!... Helping people "lead where they are".   What is Black History? Is it a story of dignity and triumph or a story of victimization and idleness?  How “leaders” failed a generation?  Is the key to triumph under attack…Education?  What is the legacy of Black in America…a story of bondage or a story of victory in God’s name?  So the question of the day… February: Black History or His-Story?

Helping us with this, a Dr. Jacqueline Franklin, retired, tenured professor of Social Science Education in the Department of Educational Leadership at Jackson State University (Jackson Mississippi).   Passionate, well-learned servant, Dr. Franklin has dedicated her life to uplifting the next generation.  …we only hope to contain her.
