Rev. Mackey holds degrees in law enforcement and worked in that area; a B.S. in Political Science, a Masters in Public Administration; and an equivalent degree in Federal Contract Administration and Negotiation. She was awarded the highest honor of Summa Cum Laude. She's a U.S. Military veteran who served as a Captain (9 yrs) and Commander (5 1/2 yrs). She's also is an ordained minister and renowned human rights activist.
