1). A man in Lombard, Illinois gets arrested for his 7th DUI after a car crash - where fortunately no one was injured. Questions to ask...What is an appropriate consequence for someone who obviously doesnt get the fact that he is NOT allowed to be driving - especially after drinking. Coherent enough after the crash to switch seats with his passenger to avoid further consequences, What about the 2nd party who agreed to accept responsibility of the iniitial crash?

2). A man previously convicted of a DUI in 2014 - Kills a 2 month pregnant woman who was pushing her vehicle on a Busy street. Lives are changed FOREVER because of bad decisions. 

What are your thoughts on what can be done to stop this?
