Liz Barrett, the "pizza journalist", author of the new book, Pizza, A Slice of American History, and editor of PMQ Magazine (Pizza Magazine Quarterly) and EatingOxford.com shares interesting insights into pizza's legacy in America from the different styles of pizza to an explanation of a little known outside-of-the-pizza-kitchen tool called a Dough Docker. Barrett also tells tales of her favorite pizza restaurant located in rural Mississippi, and she dishes a bit about her local eating journey better known as EatingOxford.com, a blog about her life in food in Oxford, Mississippi.
