In 2005 the people of Lebanon staged the Cedar Revolution to throw out the Syrian-backed Lebanon. At first it was a glowing success with widespred international support. Alas, since then an aggressive Iran has acted unceasingly to undermine Lebanese independence through its Syrian and Hezbollah proxies.
