The difference between hiring a Certified Fitness Professional and just someone that works out on their own.  Understanding that there is a science behind exercising.  Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand for optimal results.  

1. Before working out it is good to contact a medical professinal to access ability to exercise

2. It is important to complete a movement accessment to identify overactive and under active muscles 

3. Set a schedule and make a plan with a fitness professional to get a baseline of where you are and your specific and realistic  fitness goals

4. Understand for optimal results, understand that you can not out exercise bad eating habits, so know that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand and it must become a lifestyle if you want the results to be long lasting.  Don't think of it as a quick fix.
