Host Criss Bertling and Family Food Experts Ellen Briggs and Dr. Sally Byrd interview Tom Stone of Bell & Evans. Tom is the Director of Marketing of this fourth generation family owned and operated poultry company. Based in the Pennsylvania Dutch Country, their operations employ the latest “green” technology to raise chickens, turkeys, Cornish game hens, and ducks without the use of artificial chemicals. Tom will explain their reasons for not using fillers, extenders or even hexane gas.
