#ExpressoTechSip - Forbidden Topic of Doing Agile without Sizing - Episode #634

After 20 years of doing Agile, I have to say the topic and question of point user stories won't go away.   Being the type of agile coach that doesn't avoid a little controversy or a nice challenge, I want to address this topic in today's episode - Why Not?  

IF for some reason (maybe just to be stubborn or to be anti-conformist, some teams or companies are determined to sidestep the proven practice of story pointing and want to ignore that anything worth doing (like story pointing) might be uncomfortable initially but the payoff is empirical, then I will give you some insight to how Not Story Pointing might, could and theoretically has been done.  I'm not going to deny I've seen some success although not as long-term or sustained success by comparison to teams that embraced story point. 

But without further ado, this podcast talks about alternatives to story pointing.
