Woo Hoo! I'm SO excited! After weeks of trying out all the cool new recipes in Dr. Kellyann's newest book Bone Broth diet, I can officially say I'm a big fan. And if you know me, I am NOT one of those people who jumps on the wagon of the hottest new fad diet (I'm actually a big proponent against the majority of diets out there because they are unrealistic, and flat out not safe). 

I was pleasantly surprised how much of her book really resonated with me. I've known for a while now the nutritional benefits of bone broth (healthy bones, youthful joints and great looking skin just to name a few), so when she made her case that it can be used for weight loss too, I was sold! 

Dr. Kellyann is one busy lady (check out her website and you'll see what I mean) so I was very excited when she agreed to do a private interview with me about her book. And now is your chance to hear it!
