Dr. Ruth Stephens is the founder and owner of Nutritionally Yours LLC and Nutritionally Yours Consulting, NPA (non-profit). Dr. Ruth Stephens has been in private practice since 1997. She is a board certified Nutritional Consultant and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a BS, MS and Doctorate degree in Holistic Nutrition. She is also a certified CPR/First Aid/BLS Instructor and a certified Mental Health Instructor. Dr. Stephens teaches as a college professor. The focus of her private practice, Nutritionally Yours, is Natural Health & Nutrition. Recently, she also began her non-profit organization, Nutritionally Yours Consulting, NPA. She has patients located throughout the United States, Jamaica and Cuba. Her services include personalized menu planning, hair tissue mineral analysis, full lab services, vitamin profile, wellness workshops and seminars. Dr. Stephens is also a wellnes contractor for several major automotive companies. She uses her professional skills to prevent illness such as diabetes, hypertension, weight management, nutrient analysis, allergies, pediatric health, senior health, cancer prevention, sexual health, women/men's health medication reduction and elimination and much, much more.
