Today we will go over the Critical Path Dials concept so you can undertand the actions you and your team need to complete to achieve your objectives. We will also cover the Quadrant View so you, as the Leader of your team, can identify who you have on your team and where each person is at in terms of their level of success. What do you need to do with them and for them once you identify this?

It is critical to understand who you have on your bus, if they are on the right seat, and if you are leading them successfully.  It is also imperative to know what each person much be focusing on in terms of their activities every day to help the team acheive their goals.
