The most common reason people lack SELF-ESTEEM is because they don't live up to the standard they think they should.  Expectations are programmed into our minds by family, culture and environment and many times we don't know why we adopted certain standards or even consciously realize we have them.

Do you spend a lot of time watching TV...celebrity news and even following trends on Social Media, this could be the cause of your LOW SELF CONFIDENCE because you are absorbing other people's beliefs and standards.  So RIGHT NOW think about WHAT YOU WANT and ACT ACCORDINGLY.
