Whether or not you are aware of the multitude of feelings that we can encounter during a single day, we can be overwhelmed at times with them and just need to sit back and let them flow. Have you ever experienced the blissful feel of pure joy? It can be a fleeting experience but a powerful one. Have you ever experienced an inward chilled feeling like you were cold but you are not? Your Spirit is excited and happy.
We all need to face the Fears that hold us back. Look into the True You, the Spirit Self and understand why we have these feelings of love, compassion, hate, greed etc. We are Spirit on a Human experience, learning how to feel. Accepting our feelings and thoughts is the 1st step in moving through the feelings and surrendering to the Spirit Self.
Learn what you can do to move through these feelings. Walking in nature, prayer and communicating your feelings will help you move through them and flow with the positive, uplifting energy of life. Let yourself feel the joy and happiness we all deserve on our walk, in this lifetime.

Why do we share our feeling on facebook. Be happy, sad, anger, subbing we get on fb and probably confuse more on it then we would to ppl we deal with on a daily. Why is it easier to type what we feel then it is to verbally speak to someone. Why has facebook become the voice for most of us

Slow down your reactions and turn them into responses move from aggressive to assertive. This week you will learn what the mind does, how the will works and how the emotions act.
It's very easy to utter with your mouth that you have faith, that you know you're going to get your hearts desire. The problem, you don't believe what you said. You say it because it sounds good.
