A new era begins for the Performance I Create team! Sarah Williams, SPHR (@thebuzzonhr) & Kyle Jones (@kylemj6977) team-up to co-host the #PICHRSHOW.
The Performance I Create Podcast is based on the website of the same name which consists of 12 HR professionals who share their knowledge and unique experiences about work, human resources, and life. The focus is on process improvement and, well,...performance. Our podcasts will offer more insight into our thoughts, lives and methods of operation. And of course, we are going to have a great time discussing what's really important in the real world today.
This episode features the first installment of HR Buzz Topics. Sarah and Kyle welcome Dave Ryan, Tiffany Kuehl, and Heather Kinzie to the Buzz Topics Table.
Sarah Williams and Kyle Jones are back with Episode Two of the Performance I Create podcast. Guests on this show are: China Gorman, Paul Hebert, Mary Faulkner, and our own Keirsten Greggs.
Join us as we discuss HR Positive and 50 over 50 with Paul Hebert - followed by a HR Buzz Topics segment with China, Mary, and Keirsten. We welcome your feedback.
Thank you for listening to the #PICHRSHOW.
Do you remember the nano second you acknowledged that your dog or cat was house trained? Remember.... that BIG sigh of relief and the expanse of ease that became your partnership with your animal companion! What was it that allowed your animal to change their behavior? Was it their capacity to hold on to the past and what was created by past choices or… was it something completely different?
Join Charlie and Suzy as they explore how/what animals make the choice to create a different reality for themselves, which change the future of your partnerships with them. What if what you think is necessary to create the future you truly desire with your pet is TOTALLY different than you thought it was?
Hosts Sarah Williams (@theBuzzOnHR) and Keirsten Greggs (@K_alea) welcomes Janine Truitt (@czarinaofHR), Chris Fields (@new_resource) and Performance I Create creator, Chris Ponder (@ChrisPonder) returns as a very special guest to discuss some hot Buzz Topics. In this episode, we are talking about the President's Ban the Box iniatitive, Black Friday (from a business standpoint, is it worth it?), Cursing People Out at Work..
Listen up and enjoy!

Join her on Saturday, October 24 when she welcomes Marty L. Ward, founder of Create Confident Kids, to Get Fit Feel Fabulous:
Marty L Ward is championing the movement to Create Confident Kids. When a 10 yr old little girl hung herself rather than face the bully back in 2011, Marty said, “ENOUGH!” Despite all our school regulations and “Anti-Bullying” and “Stop Bullying” campaigns, 4,400 students commit suicide each year (nobullying.org) and 160,000 are absent every day (MBNDB.org) due to fear of confronting the bully.
Fed up with the rising statistics, Marty looked for an answer. Influenced by leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Gandhi, and Mother Theresa, Marty designed a Create Confident Kids to Eliminate Bullying Program with a whole new twist: it focuses on what we do want – Confident Kids – rather than on what we don’t want – more bullying.
The goal is to decrease childhood suicide and absenteeism – caused by fear of confronting the bully – by 50% in the next 5 years. Not only will kids feel great about themselves, but also teachers and administrators can spend more time doing what they love – teaching and leading.
Learn how to use a simple, straight-forward and actionable formula to create a school culture of “All For One And One For All” that can contribute to making school a safer, more secure place, where children can focus on learning and growing rather than avoiding the bully.
During the live broadcast, dial (347) 945-7246 and press 1 if you would like to ask Marty a question.

Who you are and the respect you receive in America has more to do with money than anything else. If you are working class or Black to gain respect you need to create a financial revolution and change your outcomes. Our lives are built around our finances. Where we live, where we worship, where we work. One ant is just one little ole likely, unseen ant. A mound of ants gets attention. One person trying to make the best of a bad situation faces unexpected challenges usually resulting in unexpected finances which are not available and not accessible. So down goes that one person who tried and tried but was never able to conquer. Had that one person become part of a mound of people outcomes would have been different. We live in an America of consumption. You are either one who wants or one who endulges in greed. There is a middle ground to be accessed. People coming together as would ants, being wise, and building better communities. I'll tell you how to build and change outcomes, starting where you are today
