Emily & Kyle share an overview of the profound mineral balancing, a holistic science based off decades of research & touch on what it is, how it can profoundly change your life, & the basics to create a big shift in your health. 

At 18, Kyle faced health challenges that limited his life. Despite a love for self-growth & development, chronic fatigue, anxiety, & brain fog kept him unable to follow his passions. Over the course of 5 years, he followed his fiery determination to try everything, learning from mentor after mentor, eventually breaking free from illness into the realms of radiant health, vitality, & zest for life. He found the importance of purifying body & mind, rejuvenating it deeply, & releasing undigested emotions & experiences holding him back. Not only can this heal the sick, but also biohack the healthy. He also believes true health is balance, which can be thought of as an existence aligned with our innermost essence. Kyle is a certified mineral balancing practitioner & practicing Kriya Yogi.

Emily was always considered the happy girl, the one everyone counted on for a positive vibe. On the outside, it appeared she had it together. But on the inside, Emily struggled with being her authentic self instead of the person others wanted her to be. She often felt depressed until she sought the advice of a psychologist who suspected her trouble might stem from a physical disorder. After tests & trips to specialists, Emily discovered she had a treatable thyroid disease. Now, she draws on that experience to advocate the importance of mental & physical health. She wants people to know that it is okay to seek help. Yoga became the way Emily connected with her body & mind to bring her life in balance. She now teaches yoga to help people find their stillness, strength, & inner peace.
