BluPrint welcomes Claudia Skinner, a certified PMP to our show.  Claudia has over 15 plus years of Project Management experience and a wealth of business management savvy.  In this session, we will discuss how to implement best practices and methodologies in program and project management, the management of a team project, the tools that Project Managers need, and on leadership on a project management. 

ABOUT CLAUDIA

Claudia is a Project Manager Professional (PMP) with over 15-years of leadership experience in the oversight, management and support of strategic projects in diverse countries. She is an expert in implementing best practices and methodologies in program and project management, SDLC, requirements management, business readiness and quality assurance.

She has worked with Fortune 500 firms and small entrepreneurial businesses. Claudia has worked in the Telecon industry in both the IT and business units at Nextel and then joined NII Holding (Nextel International) where she held various positions from Project Manager to Director of Customer Operations.

She's earned a Bachelor's of Arts from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Technology Management from George Mason University and is trilingual - fluent in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and English.
