We've asked Dr. Kathy L. Gruver to take us through practical techniques we can utilize daily to ensure a healthy life. Dr. Gruver comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has been studying massage and natural health for over two decades. Dr. Gruver has an award-winning massage and hypnotherapy practice, starred in a television series, written five books, produced DVD's, and has lectured all over the country. Her current book, " Conquer your Stress with Mind/Body Techniques has won five awards for excellence.

Dr. Kath Gruver has earned a PhD in Natural Health and Studied further at Harvard Medical School and the National Institutes of Health. We are so priveledged to be talking with her and sharing her wealth of knowledge and information with you.
