During the hot Summer months it is important to stay on top of hydration.  Up to 75% of the body is made up of water, so drinking enough fluids is essential for our bodies to function properly. Heat exhaustion is a real concern during summer months and dehydration can set in. Don’t sweat it; there are ways to protect yourself through summer hydration and still get a great workout and have fun.
