It is things we say; our words. We can say things like "I'll never be married." "I'm ugly.", etc. When you say that you give those words POWER. Your adversary will hold you captive to that. For instance, if you say, "I will never marry someone like my father."...Then Satan comes after you on that. It's an inner-vow to yourself. As a man thinketh..so is he.
Because of words she said during the past, it held her back from truly loving her husband that God blessed her with. She talks about rejection and the ROOT of the problems.
She talks about issues dealing with being a dark black person and how the world causes you to not see yourself pretty like God says you are. When she was a child she felt ashamed because her skin was so dark. God had to heal her of that.
