Any successful business is driven by a well operating sales force. As I tour the country and speak to sales people all over I am amazed at the myriad of answers I get to these two basic questions. Who is your best customer? Why? The first answer is usually a quick response and given with confidence and assertiveness. The second question often draws a less confident response and look.
