The 1990s were considered the height of hip-hop. However since early 2000's the beyond the industry has changed drastically. We no longer have a fully functional BET at least in terms of music videos and MTV plays little or no Hip-hop that isn't mainstream. We love Hip-hop but what happened to the music?  Why is this happening? What was the root cause of this transformation? Could there be a larger reason behind this?  Join us for an in-depth discussion regarding the demise of the hip-hop industry, as we once knew it.
