The Fourth Branch with Debbie Carroll: Florida’s Alimony and Shared Parenting Bill, SB 668, Thursday, April 14, 2016, at 6-8 p.m. Pacific, 7-9 p.m. Mountain, 8-10 p.m. Central, and 9-11 p.m. Eastern.   Join us tonight with Glen Gibelina, a supporter of Florida’s huge divorce bill, awaiting Governor Rick Scott’s signature. Bill proponents claim it will reduce litigation, and eliminate permanent alimony, called spousal support in some states. This monster bill also sets a “premise” for approximately equal shared parenting time, absent abuse or distance issues.  Is this bill fair?
